ISEE-COVID – “Supporting the Ecosystem of Social Impact Businesses in Vietnam in Response to COVID-19”

ISEE-COVID stands for “Supporting the Ecosystem of Social Impact Businesses in Vietnam in Response to COVID-19”. This project is funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and is jointly implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Launched in January 2024, after a rigorous selection process from nearly 100 applications, the top 30 SIBs were chosen to participate in the SIB SIGNATURE – Essence of Vietnamese SIB program.

Through the SIB SIGNATURE – ESSENCE OF VIETNAMESE SIB program, these SIBs have been creating a wave of businesses that balance economic benefits with positive social and environmental impacts through innovations, solutions, and business models that help protect the environment, respond to climate change, promote gender equality, and ensure social security.

We sincerely thank businesses for their interest and support. We hope that in the coming time, we will continue to work together to promote and enhance the capacity of the SIB ecosystem while bringing the Essence of Vietnamese SIB products to the international market!

After successfully pitching their impact stories on April 25-26, the TOP 10 SIB Signatures have entered the R&D phase for the SIB Gift and SIB Tour. Over the past month, we have worked diligently together through 10 meetings, over 20 hours of discussion to prepare for the launch of:

• The Essence of Vietnamese SIB Gift Set
• The Vietnamese Identity SIB Tour
