SIBs Connect Market 2024
SIBs Connect Market 2024, implemented by Research Institute for Innovation and Development (IID) under the ISEE COVID Project, aimed to strengthen Vietnam’s social impact business ecosystem through capacity building, networking, and market access support.
Overview
SIBs Connect Market 2024, implemented by the Research Institute for Innovation and Development (IID) under the ISEE COVID Project, aimed to strengthen Vietnam’s social impact business ecosystem through capacity building, networking, and market access support. The program connected 200+ social impact businesses nationwide through training, coaching, innovation tours, exhibitions, and digital transformation activities.
Problem Statement
Limited market access, digital capacity, and business connections constrain the growth of Vietnam’s social impact businesses.
The SIBs Connect Market 2024 program combines following key activities:
SIB Signature & SIB GTM 2024: Dedicated support programs help social impact businesses strengthen their brand identity and develop go-to-market strategies.

E-commerce, Branding, and Storytelling Training: Practical sessions guide enterprises in developing online sales channels, presenting their products, and communicating their social and environmental value.

Innovation Tours and Networking Events: Enterprises explore business practices, exchange experiences, and connect with potential partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.

1-on-1 Coaching and Mentorship: Tailored guidance helps participating businesses address specific challenges and refine their branding, marketing, and market entry approaches.

SIB Connect Day Exhibition and Pitching: Enterprises showcase their products and business models, share their impact stories, and engage potential buyers and partners.

SIB TeaGift and Impact Product Packages: Participating businesses collaborate to develop gift sets and product packages, creating shared market opportunities and promoting responsible consumption.

Success story
One of the program’s most meaningful achievements was the creation of collaborative SIB product ecosystems - from tea-break catering services and impact gift sets to community-based tourism experiences connecting Vietnamese craft villages.
These initiatives not only generated new business opportunities but also empowered social enterprises to preserve culture, create livelihoods, and amplify sustainable impact together.
