ASEAN Rising Youth
ASEAN Rising Youth 2026 connects university students with community needs through practical, multidisciplinary projects. Coordinated in Vietnam through IID Vietura, the pilot focuses on rural and mountainous communities in Phú Thọ, formerly part of Hòa Bình.
Overview
The program combines online preparation, fieldwork, and follow-up support across children’s education, digital and business skills, and intergenerational connection. Students apply their knowledge while developing teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Regional exchanges connect participants from Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia to share project experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from different community contexts.
Problem Statement
Students need practical learning opportunities, while underserved communities need accessible educational and business support.
